Return Policy:

All sales are final.  The Smokin' Bengal does not accept returns.

We document all items sold through www.thesmokinbengal.com. This is done via time stamped photos of item, packing, and shipping label to prove any damage that would occur would have been through shipping.

As such, we do want to help our customers in the rare occasion UPS or USPS would damage an item. If you follow below, we will try our best to provide you, what www.thesmokinbengal.com deems at complete discretion, an appropriate complementary item for free.

If any damaged items are received, you need to immediately take photos of the package and all contents. Email Ryan@TheSmokinBengal.com photos with any other pertinent information no more than 24 hours after receipt of your delivery.
